An Act to apply a sum of Eleven Trillion, Six Hundred and Nine Billion, Five Hundred Fifty Seven Million, and Five Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Shillings out of the Consolidated Fund to the Service of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 2011, to appropriate the supply granted for that year, to authorize the reallocation of certain appropriations and to provide for matters connected with those purposes.
