An Act to apply a sum of Fifteen Trillions, One Hundred Ninety One Billion, Nine Hundred Forty Four Million, Three Hundred Thousand Shillings out of the Consolidated fund to the Service of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 2013, to appropriate the supply granted for that year, to authorize the reallocation o f certain appropriations and to provide for matters connected with those purposes.
